Heres the kit I installed:

First step is to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery. You'll need to wait about 30 minutes before disconnecting the seats, or you'll get an Airbag warning on the dash which will cost you eur150 or so to have reset at a dealer.

The majority of the install time is spent removing trim from the car, and sticking it back in. I started with the boot - remove the floor mat, and the trim covering the CD changer.

Remove the rear bench seat from the car as well, it pulls upwards at the front, and comes straight out. Also remove the C pillar trim - the light on it pops out, behind which is a torx screw. Undo this, and the the pillar can be pulled out. It is held on with the same clips used on the door cards, so you may be aware of the force required to remove them.

Moving up into the cabin - remove the trim above the glovebox, which then allows you to remove the trim above the stereo. This reveals two screws, undo these and the headunit can be pulled out, ready to go up on eBay.

Once the head unit is out, you can remove the aircon controls - push them out from behind. This will leave the frame for the headunit and aircon controls to be removed - remove the screws for it and pull it out.
